GENERAL INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR SPONSORSHIP
- Anybody who is atteding ViewFest must register at www.VIEWFESTMHF.com Registration will open May 12, 2026.
- While the event is free and you are able to register as many in your group as you would like, we ask that you please consider making an additional donation during that registration to help cover event costs if you have more than 2 people attending.
- 8ft.Table, linen covering and chairs ARE provided. All sponsors are located under tents provided by WOH4L unless otherwise discussed.
- Table location within the venue is at the discretion of Words of Hope 4 Life. Some tables may be positioned under tents on the grass.
- Electrical may be available but is not guaranteed. If electrical is needed, please email glen@wordsofhope4life.com prior to June 15th.
- We encourage those planning to have a table to also provide giveaways and / or conduct an activity. If you will have an activity or give away and want it posted on our event page, please email glen@wordsofhope4life.com with the information.
- NOTE: No balls (sphere items) or balloons are permitted into the zoo. If you are uncertain about your activity or give away please ask me prior.
- Those sponsors attending and reserving a table MUST arrive between 6:30am - 7:30 am on the day of event. NO cars are allowed into the Zoo, so all items must be carried in by dolly / cart.
- Participants of ViewFest 2026 will begin arriving at 8:00am, Nobody is allowed to enter venue after 11:00 unless they purchase a daily zoo ticket. Event will run until 12:30 pm and tear down will occur from 12:30pm to 2:00pm.
- Participants and Vendors may remain at the zoo for the balance of the day (through closing), but all physical items as part of your table / activity must be removed by 2:00pm.
